Subscription and Renewal Policy

This Policy applies to recurring plans, memberships, SaaS, software licences, learning subscriptions, support plans, AMC and other renewable services.

1. Billing Cycle

Plans may renew monthly, quarterly, annually or at another displayed interval. The price, tax, included usage, user limits and renewal date will be shown at purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal Consent

Auto-renewal will be used only where the customer authorises a recurring mandate or equivalent payment instruction. The customer may cancel future renewal through the available account control or by contacting us before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current period. Access continues until the paid term ends unless suspension is required for security, fraud or breach.

4. Plan Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated or full-period billing as displayed. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal and may require reducing users, storage, data or features to the new limit.

5. Failed Renewal

We may retry payment, notify the customer, allow a grace period, restrict premium features or suspend access. Data retention after suspension will follow the plan notice and Privacy Policy.

6. Price Changes

Price changes apply prospectively and will be communicated before the affected renewal where required. Continuing the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to the right to cancel.

7. Usage and Fair Use

Plans may contain usage, storage, API, messaging, compute, seat or geographic limits. Material excess usage may require upgrade or additional charges after notice.

8. Data Export

Where supported, customers should export required data before expiry or termination. We may delete data after the stated retention period, subject to legal obligations.
