1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment, verification, availability and serviceability checks. In-stock domestic goods are ordinarily dispatched within 1–5 business days. Custom, project-based, large, specially procured or installation-dependent items may require a longer period stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, standard domestic delivery ordinarily takes 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

3. Charges and Taxes

Shipping, handling, insurance, installation and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout, in the quotation or before order acceptance. Remote-area, freight, re-delivery, storage and address-correction charges may apply where disclosed.

4. Address and Delivery Attempts

The customer must provide a complete serviceable address and reachable contact number. Charges resulting from incorrect information, failed acceptance or customer-requested re-routing may be payable by the customer.

5. Inspection on Delivery

Inspect packages promptly. Note visible damage with the delivery agent where possible and contact Technext with photographs or video. Do not discard packaging for high-value or technical equipment until basic inspection is complete.

6. Installation and Commissioning

Delivery does not include installation unless expressly stated. Installation may be scheduled separately and depends on site readiness, permissions, civil or electrical readiness, network availability, safety conditions and technician availability.

7. Digital and Service Delivery

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, licence key, dashboard or account activation. Courses may be delivered through a learning portal or scheduled live sessions. Professional services follow the quotation, order confirmation or statement of work.

8. Delay, Loss or Non-Delivery

Material delay, loss in transit or a package marked delivered but not received must be reported with the order ID. Technext will investigate with the carrier or service partner and provide an appropriate remedy. Delays caused by force majeure, carrier disruption, regulatory checks, supply-chain interruption or customer dependency will extend the estimated timeline.
