1. Delivery Documents

The product page, quotation, proposal, order confirmation, enrolment form, statement of work, service-level agreement or subscription plan defines the scope, dependencies, milestones, deliverables and timeline.

2. Customer Dependencies

Timelines depend on timely payment, content, access, approvals, credentials, feedback, site readiness, legal permissions, data and nominated decision-makers. Delays caused by missing customer dependencies extend delivery accordingly.

3. Changes in Scope

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change request, revised timeline and additional charges. We will not treat material additional work as included unless confirmed in writing.

4. Acceptance

Where an acceptance period is stated, the customer must review deliverables and report material non-conformity with specific details. Minor defects that do not prevent substantial use will be corrected through the agreed support process and do not automatically justify rejection of the entire deliverable.

5. Support and Maintenance

Free support, warranty support, AMC, updates, hosting, cloud usage and third-party licences are included only when expressly stated. Expired support or maintenance may require renewal.

6. Digital Access

Account activation, download, licence delivery or portal access is treated as delivery of the relevant digital item. Customers must test access promptly and report issues.

7. Education Delivery

Class schedules, batch changes, faculty substitutions, holidays, assessments and certificates are managed under the program rules. Equivalent rescheduling or faculty substitution may be used where reasonably necessary without reducing the materially promised program.

8. Installation Projects

Site survey, design, material dispatch, installation, testing and commissioning may be separate milestones. Customer-side civil works, permissions, grid approvals, internet, electrical readiness or safety clearances are not included unless stated.

9. Handover

Final files, credentials, source code, reports, certificates or commissioning documents will be provided as stated after completion of payment and fulfilment of customer obligations.
