1. Eligible Claims

A claim may be considered where the item received is damaged in transit, defective on arrival, materially different from the confirmed order, incomplete, or the wrong item.

2. Reporting Period

Report an eligible issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. For concealed technical defects covered by an express warranty, the applicable warranty process and period will apply.

3. Evidence and Inspection

Provide the invoice or order ID, photographs, serial number and a clear description. An unboxing video is strongly recommended for transit-damage or missing-item claims but will not be treated as the sole basis for rejecting a genuine claim. Technext or the manufacturer may inspect or troubleshoot the product.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

The item must be returned with original accessories, manuals, warranty documents, labels and packaging, except where damage or defect makes this impracticable. Data must be backed up and removed from devices before return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Available Remedy

After verification, Technext may repair, replace the affected part or item, exchange it, issue store credit, or refund the eligible amount. The commercially and legally appropriate remedy will depend on stock, defect type, manufacturer policy and applicable law.

7. Return Logistics

For a verified Technext error or eligible defect, reasonable return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as communicated. For an ineligible return or incorrect customer selection, shipping, inspection, restocking and re-delivery charges may be payable by the customer where lawful.
