Payments may be processed by authorised payment gateways, banks or payment service providers, including Razorpay where enabled. Technext does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs. Technext may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, limited instrument information, billing details, refund references and fraud-risk signals needed for reconciliation, support and compliance.
4. Purposes of Processing
- To provide, deliver, install, activate, maintain and support products and services.
- To process orders, payments, invoices, taxes, cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To manage accounts, subscriptions, licences, courses, assessments, certificates and customer support.
- To communicate service notices, transactional messages, security alerts and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, chargebacks and security incidents.
