1. Accepted Methods
Available methods may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, bank transfer, payment links and other methods displayed through an authorised payment provider such as Razorpay.
2. Payment Authorisation
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that billing information is accurate. Payments are subject to authentication, bank approval, fraud screening and provider rules.
3. Security
Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, card PINs, banking passwords or remote-access control with anyone claiming to represent Technext. We do not request these credentials.
4. Failed and Pending Payments
A debit does not always mean successful order confirmation. If payment is pending or failed, wait for the bank or gateway status update before attempting repeated payment. Duplicate or excess payments will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Invoices and Taxes
Invoices are issued based on the legal name, GSTIN and address supplied by the customer. Requests to change tax invoices after statutory reporting may not be possible. GST and other charges will be applied as required.
6. Instalments and Milestones
Project and service payments may be collected as advance, milestone, recurring or final payments. Work, access, delivery or handover may be paused for overdue amounts as stated in the quotation or contract.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before raising a chargeback, contact us so that we can investigate. Fraudulent or false chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery action. This clause does not restrict a genuine customer's right to dispute an unauthorised or unresolved transaction.
8. Refund Destination
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment source. We will not redirect a refund to an unrelated bank account unless legally permitted and verified.
