This Policy explains intellectual-property rights relating to Technext's website, products, software, content, courses and services.

1. Our Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Technext or its licensors own the website, brand, logos, text, graphics, videos, course material, software, source code, designs, datasets, templates, documentation, workflows and other original material.

2. Permitted Use

You may access purchased or publicly available material only for the purpose, users, territory and period authorised. No ownership transfers merely because a fee is paid.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, redistribute, scrape, frame, remove notices, share login credentials, reverse engineer, create derivative commercial products or use material to train competing models or services without written permission, except where law permits.

4. Customer Materials

You retain rights in lawful content supplied by you. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to deliver, support, secure and improve the contracted service, subject to the agreement and Privacy Policy.

5. Project Deliverables

Ownership or licence of custom deliverables is governed by the statement of work and full payment. Technext retains pre-existing tools, reusable modules, know-how, generic code and third-party/open-source components unless expressly transferred.

6. Infringement Notice

Report alleged infringement to info@technextventures.com with identification of the work, location of the disputed material, proof of rights and contact information.
