Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to websites, SaaS, software, AI, automation, networks, hosting, APIs, accounts and digital services supplied by Technext.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening or infringing activity.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorised access, denial-of-service, vulnerability exploitation or circumvention of security.
• Spam, unlawful telemarketing, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive lead generation.
• Unlawful surveillance, scraping, profiling or processing of personal data without necessary rights and notices.
• Content involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, terrorism, illegal weapons, controlled substances or other unlawful material.
• Using AI outputs for high-impact automated decisions without lawful basis, safeguards and human review.
• Excessive usage that materially disrupts service for others or evades plan limits.

2. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may use proportionate technical and human measures to detect abuse. We may warn, rate-limit, remove content, suspend access, preserve evidence or report unlawful activity where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for users, credentials, content, data sources, permissions and configurations under their account.
